What is Calibre?
Calibre is an easy-to-use diagnostic tool and report that accompanies the strategic plan and financial reports of a company to reveal precisely where and why strategy execution and profitability are being impeded within an organisation. It can be applied either within a team or to an entire organisation. It is unique in that it drives profit growth directly by isolating and correcting only those specific aspects of human performance that affect profitability.
Business leaders hire the tool, either on a 'pay as you go' basis, or for a fixed annual fee that provides unlimited access at limited cost to diagnostic reports and development material. Additional support coaching is provided at extra cost as required.
