The Elite Team

The Elite Team programme follows the leader programme, also building on the insights derived from the diagnostic tool, in creating support for the leader by maximising the unique potential of each team member to impact execution of the team's strategy and plans.

What Teams get out of it
Teams become highly engaged in building your business by taking ownership of new opportunities they are initiating to impact customers (internal or external), and your business in a variety of ways not seen before. Through this your strategy is successfully implemented and high growth plans are realised.

How it works
The programme is made up of three successive parts where one section is applied each month. Teams learn and apply new performance standards to themselves and their daily activities.

The process is also risk-free as Human Performance and Financial Performance benchmarks are also established upfront against which to measure progress at every phase.
