The Elite Team

The Elite Team programme follows the leader programme, also building on the insights derived from the diagnostic tool, in creating support for the leader by maximising the unique potential of each team member to impact team strategy and plans.

How it works
The programme is made up of three successive parts where one part is applied each month where teams are required to learn and apply new performance standards to themselves and their daily activities.

The process is also risk-free as Human Performance and Financial Performance benchmarks are also established upfront against which to measure progress at every phase.
