How it works
The programme is made up of four successive parts where leaders are required to apply new performance standards to themselves and then mentor their own teams as part of their leadership development. Teams are also required to learn and apply new performance standards to themselves and their daily activities.
The process is essentially risk-free as Human Performance and Financial Performance benchmarks are established upfront against which to measure progress at every phase.
