The Elite Leader
The Elite Leader programme forms the backbone to building a competitive organisation, exposing leaders to a worldclass process on competitive leading. It builds on the insights derived from ProDex, integrating a leader's unique profile into a practical set of leadership actions guaranteed to bring new thinking and focus to performance and results.

How it works
The programme is made up of four successive parts where leaders are required to apply new performance standards to themselves and then mentor their own teams as part of their leadership development.
Human Performance and Financial Performance benchmarks are established upfront against which to measure progress at every phase. Each phase is designed as a complete section of learning and application providing a distinct and measurable payback. The four parts are: (See overview)
