The Elite Entrepreneur
The Elite Entrepreneur programme, builds on the insights derived from the measurement process to explore with other entrepreneurs on the programme, an understanding and application of the five 'Entrepreneurial Drivers' to their businesses. The objective is threefold:
- Generating more revenue by redefining performance standards.
- Enjoying more quality free time.
- The capital growth of a saleable asset.

How it works
The programme is made up of three successive parts where entrepreneurs are coached in applying new performance standards to themselves and to their businesses.
The process is essentially risk-free as performance benchmarks are established upfront against which to measure progress at every phase. Each phase is designed as a complete section of learning and application providing a distinct and measurable payback. The three parts are: (See overview)

One day per month over a period of six months. A total of 6 days.
