Measurement Feedback
There is no charge for the initial feedback session where the Calibre measurement report findings are discussed in detail. Where additional feedback sessions are required these may be charged for, depending on the circumstances.
The most important aspect of a diagnostic measure is whether or not the individial, team or business being measured has reached the threshold of Sustainable Impact.
The knowledge gained from the reports can be used as follows:

The measurement reports clearly show performance capacity gaps where these exist in an individual, team or organisation. They will also show performance strengths where these exist. This aids the process of deciding precisely where in the business training and development should be taking place to close gaps or optimise opportunities.
