James Raath

James Raath is the founder and CEO of Calibre-Elite Ltd and brings more than twenty years of entrepreneurial consulting experience to the business. He is also the designer of the Calibre measurement system and author of the development process.

Although James was born in the UK, he grew up in South Africa where he gained his business experience consulting to large corporations. He now lives in the UK where, in addition to leading the Calibre-Elite business, he is writing a book 'The Noble Entrepreneur' which he says challenges people to find significance, purpose and dignity in their work and personal lives.

James believes strongly that entrepreneurial principles and attitudes are the basis for success in any of life's endeavours.
