Introductory Measure

We offer you an option of two complimentary measures designed to enable you to get a personal 'feel' of how the measurements work and the value contained within them. Please feel free to make use of them.

The questionnaires will take between 15 and 20 minutes to complete, depending on how many measures you select. Please don't be put off by the time it takes, as it is really worth doing.

1. The Leaders Introductory Pack - designed for an associate to use with their client or for a team leader within an organisation who wants to measure their team. It contains the "H" Factor Index (the key measure), as well as the Aspirational Index and the Customer Impact Index (for the team). Refer to examples for details.

2. The Entrepreneurs Pack - designed for the entrepreneur as a prelude to using the measures in their organisation.
