FAQs

What is measured?
The diagnostic tool's main feature is its capacity to define an individual or team's unrealised potential to impact business growth. See "H" Factor Index.

The "H" Factor Index is supported by five other measures (See links below). When combined they form a business' Competitive Capacity Index which forms the basis of a comprehensive organisational analysis.

"E" Ratings are acquired when the Competitive Capacity Index reaches a score of .725 out of 1 or over. Each index is accompanied by an Aspirational Index. Different combinations of the indices are used for diferent purposes.

How is the measurement conducted?
The measurement is conducted using a questionnaire for each index.
Questionnaires are available on this site.

How long does it take?
The questionnaires take between 20 minutes and an hour to complete depending on the combination of questionnaires. Measurement reports are processed within 72 hours depending on the quantity requested.

Who needs to participate?
This will depend on the depth and spread of the result required, and may include any number of people, from a single team to a sample of an entire organisation.

What are the critical success factors?
The measurement system is designed to cater for a certain level of innaccuracy in questionnaire answers without affecting the result. However, proper engagement and communication by the management of an organisation is vital for a successful result.

What happens after the initial measurement?
Clients have a number of choices depending on the results of the measure and the needs of the business, but always starting with a comprehensive consultative feedback session and discussion.

Development programmes that meet the needs of the business will be presented and discussed.
