'For once in my life, I could understand how my beliefs and personal values can be drawn into and actually compliment my career life. It gave me confidence that yes, my personal goals can be combined with the company goals, my personal passions can become part of the career passions and I am not so aware of when trying to combine the two. In all my previous jobs I was forced to be me when I am off duty and to be someone else in the workplace. Now, I can actually 'own" my workplace and make it my "passionate playpen".

'I did the unique ability exercise with 15 people (friends, colleagues and staff) and it is one of the best things I have ever done. I am busy doing the same with my staff because it really gives one a sense of branding--I have always suspected there where aspects that were unique to me but having other people verbalise it has been very revealing. There were also some things that came up that I never suspected others thought of me.
The major breakthrough for me is finally grasping and applying the concept of serving a cause greater than myself and something that will be there after I'm gone'.
